Crystal Flash Renewable Energy LLC has formed a collaboration with Kalamazoo Valley Community College that will allow academy trainees to work with professional wind turbine technicians as active participants in both preventive and corrective maintenance.

Headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Crystal Flash Renewable Energy owns two wind turbines in Mackinaw City. "Crystal Flash Renewable Energy is pleased to provide learning opportunities for the students at KVCC," said Martin Hamilton of Crystal Flash Renewable Energy. "This represents a way for us to invesit in the future of the industry."
